1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and BARCA VENTURES LLC, doing business as Terraverde Barn Collective and Terraverde Barn Collection ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://terraverdebarn.com website as well as any related media form, chat widget, communication channel, or equestrian club services (collectively, the "Site" and "Services"). By accessing the Site, submitting your information through our forms or chat widgets, or opting into our communications, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms.

Terraverde Barn Collective is a boutique equestrian club focused on horse care, rider experience, wellness, and community. Information provided on the Site regarding memberships, opening updates, facilities, and events is for general informational purposes and is subject to change without notice.

3. SMS/MMS MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS & CONDITIONS (A2P 10DLC PROGRAM)

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and selecting the optional marketing or informational consent checkbox on our website forms or within our LeadConnector-powered chat widget, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages (SMS and MMS) from BARCA VENTURES LLC (d/b/a Terraverde Barn Collective / Terraverde Barn Collection).

• Program Description: Messages may include promotional and marketing communications, special offers, discounts, event promotions, club opening updates, membership details, and service announcements, as well as conversational or transactional responses to your inquiries.

• Voluntary Opt-In: Marketing consent is collected separately via an optional checkbox, is never bundled with transactional consent, and is not a condition of any purchase, booking, or club membership.

• Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a single SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

• Message Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us and upcoming club announcements. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

• Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Privacy & Non-Sharing of Mobile Data: We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will never be shared with any third parties. 4. USER REPRESENTATIONS
